Inox Solar Americas signs 767 MW US module supply agreement

Three utility projects

The agreement covers three projects of approximately 71 MW, 102 MW and 594 MW, for a combined 767 MW. The projects are located in North Carolina and Texas and the customer is described as a leading US renewable-energy developer and independent power producer.

Module deliveries are expected to begin in 2027. The announced product is Inox Solar Americas’ Vega Series bifacial module, offered in single- and dual-glass configurations with N-type cells.

Compliance is part of procurement

The supplier positions domestic-content eligibility, foreign-entity compliance and supply-chain traceability as part of its offer. These are company statements and should be verified against the applicable project, product and contract documentation before procurement decisions are made.

The transaction illustrates how US module selection now involves policy and traceability requirements alongside price, performance, warranty and delivery timing.

Commercial implication

For buyers and suppliers, a large framework volume becomes actionable only when project schedules, product qualification, compliance evidence and delivery commitments align. With deliveries starting in 2027, execution planning will be as important as the announced capacity.
